MALFUNCTION

NEITHER PILOT LIGHT NOR VAPOR PROOF LIGHT WORKS WHEN SWITCH IS SETTO ON.
Step 1
Check for voltage coming into pilot light socket.
Step 2
If voltage is present, test pilot light socket using instructions in Section V,
Organizational Maintenance Procedures.
Replace pilot light socket, if defective.
Step 3
If voltage is not present, use an ohmmeter to check continuity of wire between pilot
light socket and switch.
Replace wire, if defective, in accordance with instructions in Section V, Organiza-
tional Maintenance Procedures.
Step 4
Check for voltage coming into switch.
Step 5.
If voltage is present, test switch using instructions in Section V, Organizational
Maintenance Procedures.
Replace switch, if defective.
