item required for a complete major item.

h. Q U A N T I T Y . T h i s c o l u n n i s l e f t b l a n k f o r u s e d u r i n g i n v e n t o r y . U n d e r t h e

received column, list the quantity you actually receive on your major item. The

d a t e columns are for use when you inventory the major item at a later date, such

as for shipment to another site.
