TM5-4120-376-14 5-21.  CHARGING  VALVES,  PRESSURE  SWITCHES,  LIQUID  RECEIVER,  SIGHT  INDICATOR, PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES/Replace (Cont) L O C A T I O N / I T E M Removal: 3.  Remove  condenser  fans,  and  support  assemblies  in  accordance  with  paragraph  5-17,  page 5-21. 4.  Remove  eight  screws  (7)  and  access  cover  (8)  from  housing. 5.  Remove  charging  valves,  pressure  switches  in  accordance  with  page  5-50,  steps  1-14. WARNING Purge  system  with  dry  nitrogen  prior  to  soldering.  Refrigerant  heated  to 1200°F   (649°C)   creates   phosegene   gas. WARNING Avoid   contact   with   refrigerant   acid.    Burns  could  result  from  contact  with refrigerant. CAUTION Maintain  a  1-2  cpm  (0.1–0.2  M 3/Min)  flow  of  dry  nitrogen  through  the refrigerant  ion  system  to  prevent  oxidation  and  scaling  when  brazing  or  debrazing components. NOTE Leak   check   fittings.    Always   perform   inspections,   adjustments   and   test   before removing. 5-55
