Power cable disconnected (WP 0006 00)
Wire Tags (Item 19, WP 0078 00)
DISASSEMBLY.
1.
Loosen two screws (1) securing clamp (2).
2.
Loosen locking screw (3) and remove compression nut (4).
3.
Remove rubber grommet (5).
4.
Remove four screws (6), lock washers (7), three flat washers (8), cap retaining clip (9), four nuts (10) and rear housing
(11).
5.
Remove two screws (12).
6.
Push terminal block (13) out of front housing (14).
7.
Tag wires (15), loosen four screws (16) and disconnect wires from terminal block (13).
INSPECTION.
1.
Inspect cable (17) insulation for cuts, tears, cracks, and deep scratches.
2.
Inspect wiring (15) for cuts and signs of overheating.
3.
Inspect housings (11 and 14) and compression nut (4) for cracks or corrosion.
4.
Inspect terminal block (13) for cracks, corrosion and missing terminal screws.
5.
Inspect grommet (5) for cracks, tears and deterioration.
