NOTE Remove fuel tank only if tank requires repair.  All attached components can be repaired with tank installed. 1.     Loosen two knobs (1, Figure 1); lift ladder (2) and move to down position. 2.     Remove cap (3) and strainer (4) from fuel tank (5). 3.     Pump fuel into a suitable container. 4.     Remove fuel hose (6) from elbow (7). 5.     Remove four nuts (8), lock washers (9), eight flat washers (10), and four screws (11).  Discard lock washers. 6.     Remove tank  (5).
