TM  9-4120-367-14 TM 07592B-14/1 6.15      SOLENOID   VALVES.-   Continued Location/Item Removal   of Valve Continued Valve Installation Action h. b. c. d. e. Body   tube   and   plunger   assembly   must be  removed  before  any  heat  is  applied  to valve   body. Remove    two    socket-head    capscrews. Carefully   pull   tube   and   plunger   from   valve   body. Remove   diaphragm. Unsolder   valve   body   from   tubing. Remove  coil,  body  tube  and  plunger  as- sembly,   and   diaphragm   from   new   sole- noid   valve   before   soldering   onto   tubing. Solder   body   on   tubing. Allow   valve   body   to   cool   before   installing body   tube   and   plunger. Install   body,   tube   and   plunger   assembly,   and   dia- phragm. Install   coil. Install   electric   wiring. Install   new   drier/fitter. Nitrogen   purge   system. Leak   test   and   evacuate. Charge   refrigerant   system. Replace    covers.
