Before   system   is   charged,   adjust   louver   push-pull control. Close   louver   blades   and   tighten   screw   in   me- chanical  post  to  lock  wire  on  that  end. Extend  actuator  rod  until  there  is  a  1/4-inch space   between   inner   edge   of   mechanical   post bracket  and  the  face  of  the  cylinder. Tighten   the   mechanical   post   screw. Nitrogen    purge    system. Leak   test   and   evacuate. Charge   refrigerant   system. Replace    covers. None  required. a. b. c. d. e. f. N O T E Individual   louver   blades   are   flexible enough   for   removal. Remove   rear   top   cover. Remove   “push-on”   type   nut   from   louver   blade   to be   removed. Bend   blade   to   remove   ends   from   bearings. Remove    blade. Bend  new  blade  in  same  manner  as  removal. Install   end   bearings. Remarks Paragraphs   6.2   and   6.6 6-77
