IMC MOTOR
For three-phase motors, install thermal protectors
and housings in front end bell.
Install connector and cable.
Install cable and strain relief bushing in end bell.
Partially install end bell on stator.
Connect terminal with screw and washer.
Make electrical connections.
Install shims, bearing spacers,

Install rear end bell.

Place a flat washer on each through bolt.
Install through bolts in motor.
Secure each with a nut and washer.
Install loop clamp on cable.
Secure clamp to stator frame with screw and
washer.
WELCO MOTOR
Secure the high and low speed overload protec-
tors with protector covers and eight screws.
Coat the shaft surfaces of the rotor and load
springs with oil (MIL-L-2104, Grade 20).
Slide both bearings on shaft ends.
Slide load springs and washers on the long shaft
end.
Slip rotor with shaft into frame with stator.
