TM   9-4120-367-14 TM  07592B-14/1 APPENDIX C COMPONENTS OF END ITEM (COEI) AND BASIC ISSUE ITEMS (Bll) LISTS Section  I.  INTRODUCTION C.1      SCOPE.  This  appendix  lists  component  of  the  end  item  and  basic  issue  items  for  the  air  conditioner  to  help you inventory the items for safe and efficient operation of the equipment. C.2 tions: a. b. C.3 a. b. c. d. e. f. GENERAL. The Components of End Item and Basic Issue Items (BIl) Lists are divided into the following sec- Section II, Components of End Item. This listing is for information purposes only, and is not authority to requisi- tion replacements. These items are part of the air conditioner, but  they are to be removed and separately packaged for transportation or shipment. As part of the end item, these items must be with the end item  whenever it is issued or transferred between property  accounts. Illustrations are furnished to help you find and identify the items. Section III Basic Issue Items. These essential items are required to place the air conditioner in operation, operate it and to do emergency repairs. Although shipped separately packaged. BII must be with the air conditioner dur- ing   operation   when   it   is   transferred   between   property   accounts. Listing   items   is   your   authority   to request/requisition  them  for  replacement  based  on  authorization  of  the  end  item  by  the  TOE/MTOE.  Illustrations are furnished to help you find and identify the items. Column (1), Illustration Number, gives you the number of the item illustrated. Column (2), National Stock Number, identifies the stock number of the item to be used for requisitioning pur- poses. Column (3), Description and Usable On Code, identifies the Federal item name (in all capital letters) followed by a minimum description when needed. The last line below the description is the CAGEC (Commercial and Government Entity Code) (in parenthesis) and the part number. If the item you need is not the same for different models of the equipment, a Usable On Code will appear on the right side of the description column on the same line as the part number. Column (4), U/I (Unit of Issue), indicates how the item is issued for the National Stock Number shown on column two. Column (5), Qty. Rqd., indicates the quantity required.
