Air conditioner installed in shelter

WARNING

Disconnect input power to the air conditioner before performing any maintenance to the

electrical system. Voltages used can be lethal. Shutting the unit off does not disconnect

power to the various components of the air conditioner.

MALFUNCTION

COMPRESSOR FAILS TO START (Condenser blower motor does not start, evaporator blower

motor starts.)

TEST OR INSPECTION

Step 1. Check condenser safety circuit.

CORRECTIVE ACTION

(a)

Disconnect power and disconnect P14 connector from J14.
