Mode selector switch in OFF position.
Main power source is disconnected.
Top rear panel removed (WP 0019-00).
Condenser fan motor nearest receiver removed (See WP 0031-00).
Condenser fan scroll and bracket nearest receiver removed (See WP 0062-00).
Recover refrigerant from system (See WP 0049-00).
System purged with nitrogen (See WP 0050-00).
Debraze related tube connections (See WP 0079-00 and WP 0051-00).

Electronic refrigerant gas leak detector

Special Environmental Condition
NOTE
In accordance with Environmental Protection Agency regulations, refrigerants
cannot be discharged into the atmosphere. A refrigerant recovery and recycling unit
must be used whenever discharging the refrigerant system.
Operation of the recovery/recycling unit must be by AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL
ONLY.
