AC CONDENSER REPLACEMENT - Continued

WARNING
AC condenser assembly weighs 75 lbs. (34 kg). Do not lift AC condenser assembly
without the aid of an assistant. Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel
and/or damage to equipment.
CAUTION
When installing condenser on condenser mounting bracket, two hoses and wire
harness must be carefully tucked into the cutouts in panel. Failure to comply may
result in damage to equipment.
9. With the aid of an assistant, install condenser (7) on condenser mounting bracket (14) with four
screws (13).
10. Check to make sure hose 2521 (15) and hose 2524 (18) are not kinked and that they are pointing
downwards toward rear of vehicle at approximately 30 degrees.
11. Torque hose 2521 (15) to 15-18 ft-lbs. (20-24 Nm).
12. Torque hose 2524 (18) to 11-13 ft-lbs. (15-18 Nm).
13. Tighten locknut (12).
