GOVERNOR CONTROL (CONT)
1.
Remove two air cleaner mounting screws.
2.
Remove mounting bracket and screws.
Remove air cleaner housing,
gasket, intake tube, and two breather tubes as one assembly.
3.
Unbolt control rod bracket.
Remove control rod and control rod
bracket assembly.
4.
Unhook idle spring.
5.
Remove three mounting bolts from speed control bracket.
6.
Lift up speed control bracket and unhook governor link spring.
7.
Remove governor spring.
8.
Remove idle spring.
