Leak-test system (para 5-6).
Install bottom plate with 16 bottom plate mounting screws using
sealing compound.
Set water chiller on skid base.
Slide clamps up on expansion valve bulb and suction line.
Tighten screws in expansion valve bulb clamps, ensuring good
contact along the entire length of the bulb.
Install insulation tube on bulb assembly with tie wraps.
10. Add engine oil (para 4-1).
11. Evacuate system (para 5-7).
12. Charge system (para 5-8).
