2-3. GENERAL
a.
Before You Operate.
Always keep in mind the CAUTIONS and
WARNINGS.
Perform your before (B) PMCS prior to the equipment
performing its intended mission.
b.
While You Operate.
Always keep in mind the CAUTIONS and
WARNINGS.
Perform your during (D) PMCS when the equipment is being
used in its intended mission.
c.
After You Operate.
Be sure to perform your after (A) PMCS
after the equipment has been taken out of its mission mode or
returned to its containment area.
d.
If Your Equipment Fails to Operate.
Troubleshoot using proper
equipment.
Report any deficiencies using proper forms.

PMCS PROCEDURES
a.
The PMCS table lists the inspections and care of your equipment
required to keep it in good operating condition.
b.
The Interval column of the PMCS table tells you when to do a
certain check or service.
c.
The Item to Be Inspected Procedure column of the PMCS table
tells you what to inspect and how to do the required checks and
services.
Carefully follow these instructions.
