CYLINDER BLOCK ASSEMBLY REPAIR (CONT)
1.
Install governor shaft assembly.
Install washer and E-ring on
governor shaft.

Install wood ruff key to power takeoff journal on crankshaft.
Slide timing gear onto power takeoff journal.
Tap timing gear gently until it fully seats.
Install crankshaft in engine cylinder assembly.
Install one piston pin lock in piston assembly.
Place connecting rod assemblies up into pistons and make sure
piston pin holes are aligned.
