Secure each strap with two screws and (1) Refer to figure 4-23 and install relay screw lock  washers.  Connect  leads. and  lock  washer.  Correct  leads. (4)  Install  housing  covers  (para  4-21)  and (2) Refer to figure 4-23 and install capacitor in evaporator air inlet louver (para 4-18) as required. retainer.  Connect  leads.
