CHAPTER   3 OPERATOR   AND   ORGANIZATIONAL   MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS Section  I.  REPAIR  PARTS,  SPECIAL  TOOLS,  AND 3-1.   Special   Tools   and   Equipment 3-2.   Maintenance EQUIPMENT Repair   Parts No special tools and equipment are required for the Organizational  maintenance  repair  parts  are  listed air  conditioner. and   illustrated   in   TM   5-4120-335-24P. Louver   assemblies Interconnecting cable   connectors. Refrigerant sight glass. Air conditioner drain. Control   panel Procedure Inspect  for  loose  mounting  and  obstruction Remove  any  obstruction;  tighten  loose  screws. Replace  a  damaged  or  defective  grille. Inspect  for  loose  mountings  and  obstruction Remove  obstruction;  tighten  loose  hardware Replace  a  damaged  or  defective  louver. See that cable connectors make firm, secure contact.  Tighten  or  adjust  as  necessary. Replace   defective   connectors. After running 15 minutes in maximum cooling check  for  bubbles  or  milky  flow  indicating low   refrigerant   charge;   check   for   yell color which indicates presence of moisture Inspect  drain for   obstruction   ;   remove obstruction  as  necessary. Check   for   damage,    secure   mounting,   a proper   operation. Tighten  loose  hardware. Check  for  damage  to  controls,  junction  box, control  module;  check  all  wiring  for  worn frayed   condition. Replace  as  necessary.
