5-39 TM5-4120-375-14 REFRIGERANT   TUBING   (CONT.) LOCATION/ITEM ACTION R  E  M  A  R  K  S   INSTALLATION 9. Tubing a.   Braze   tubing   in   accordance   with   paragraph   5-15. NOTE When   brazing   refrigerant   tubing   or   fittings   near   an   insulated wall   of   the   air   conditioner,   fabricate   a  sheet   metal   shield   to deflect   the   flame   of   the   torch   away   from   the   insulation.   Perform the   operation   in   a   well   ventilated   area. NOTE When   brazing   tubing   from   expansion   valves,   solenoid   valves   or other   components   that   could   be   warped   or   damaged   by   brazing temperature.   The   component   should   be   disassembled.   If   disassembly   is impractical   or   Impossible,   the   entire   component   except   for   the   joints to   be   heated,   should   be   wrapped   in   wet   cloth   to   act   as   a   heat   sink. b. Leak   check,   evacuate   and   charge   system   in accordance   with   paragraphs   5-16   thru   5-18. 10. Left   Side   Panel a.   Align   holes   in   left   side   panel   (18)   and   maintenance panel   (16)   with   holes   in   frame. b. Secure   left   side   panel   with   twenty-seven screws   (17). c . Tighten   bottom   center   turnlock   fastener   (15)   on maintenance    panel.
