5-22. COMPRESSOR, ACCUMULATOR AND RELATED PARTS/Replace (Cont)
LOCATION/ITEM
Removal:
9. Remove one lock nut (11) and accumulator (10) from mounting bracket.
Installation:
1. Align accumulator (10) with hole in accumulator mounting bracket (9) and secure with one
lock nut (11).
2. Align accumulator and accumulator mounting bracket with hole in housing and secure with
two screws (7) and two lock washers (8).
3. Braze in accordance with paragraph 5-10, page 5-12.
4. Test, evacuate and charge in accordance with paragraphs 5-8 through 5-14, pages 5-10
through 5-19.
