WARNING
Purge system with dry nitrogen prior to soldering. Refrigerant heated to
1200° F (649°C) creates phosegene gas.
WARNING
Avoid contact with refrigerant acid. Burns could result from contact with
refrigerant.
CAUTION
Maintain a 1-2 cpm (0.1-0.2 M 3 Min) flow of dry nitrogen through the
refrigeration system to prevent oxidation and scaling when brazing or debrazing
components.
Leak check fittings.

Always perform inspections, adjustments and test before

Discharge system in accordance with paragraph 5-8, page 5-10.
Debraze in accordance with paragraph 5-9, page 5-11.
Remove twelve screws (11) securing condenser coil (12) to housing.
