Inspect access cover for damage.
Repair or replace access cover.
Check for broken or damaged knob.
Insure that switches and circuit
breakers move freely from position
to position.
Repair any component that is found
to be malfunctioning.
Inspect input power connector (J-1)
for damage.
Repair or replace input power
connector (J-1).
