WARNING Do  not  wire  connectors  J-1  and  J-12  for  use  at  the  same  time,  or  apply  power source  to  connectors  J-1  and  J-12  at  the  same  time.  You  could  have  an unknown  HOT  connector,  radio  interference,  or  you  could  place  two  separate power   supplies   in   opposition   to   each   other. WARNING The  air  conditioner  must  be  grounded  prior  to  operation.  Connect  one  end  of  a number  10  AWG  (American  Wire  Gauge)  copper  wire  ground  lead  to  an  under- ground  metallic  water  piping  system  or  a  driven  metal  ground  rod  or  buried metal   plate.   Connect   the   other   end   of   the   ground   lead   to   the   grounding   bolt   on the   upper   left   front   corner   of   the   unit. a.  The  unit  may  be  supported  by,  or  suspended  from,  any  convenient  part  of  the  van  or  trailer capable  of  withstanding  a  concentrated  load  of  approximately  435  pounds  (197  kg.). b.  If  the  unit  is  to  be  mounted  near  a  wall  or  partition,  allow  clearance  to  permit maintenance. 4-4
