MALFUNCTION TEST  OR  INSPECTION CORRECTIVE  ACTION Step  6.  With  unit  operating  in  COOL  mode,  check  condition  of  refrigerant  in  sight  glass. If  indicator  color  is  in  the  yellow  zone  or  numerous  bubbles  appear  in  window,  turn  selector to  OFF  and  contact  organizational  maintenance. 5. REDUCED HEATING    CAPACITY. Step  1.  Check   that   all   doors,   windows,   and   other   openings   in   the   room   or   enclosure   are   tightly   closed. Tightly  close  all  openings. Step 2.  If  control  panel  is  remotely  located,  check  to  be  sure  that  the  sensing  bulb  is  not  near  a  light  bulb or  some  type  of  heat  producing  equipment. Turn  off  or  move  heat  source. Step 3.  Check   operation   of   TEMPerature   control   thermostat. Set  control  to  fully  INCREASE;  then,  if  condition  improves,  adjust  properly.
