TM5-4120-387-14 d. Installation. (1) Rotate  motor  bracket  and  motor  in  opposite  direction  until  motor  and motor  junction  box  clear  motor  bracket  and  place  motor  into  unit. (2)  Install  eight  screws  to  install  motor  bracket  to  housing. (4)  Aline  motor  flange  hole  pattern  to  motor  mount  flange  hole  pattern. (5)  Install  the  four  screws  and  washers  in  the  motor  mount  flanges, (6)  BY  hand,  tighten  the  four  self-locking  nuts  on  the  four  screws, (7)  Insert  the  two  spacers  in  motor  bracket  and  aline  with  holes, (8)  By  hand,  tighten  two  screws, lock  washers  and  flat  washers  in bracket. motor (9)  Using  two  wrenches,  tighten  the  four  screws,  washers,  and  self-locking nuts  in  motor  flange, (10)  Using  wrench,  tighten  the  two  screws,   lock  washers  and  flat  washers  in motor bracket. Follow-on  procedure: 1.  lnstall  condenser 2. Install  evaporator fan. (See para. 4-59. ) and   ring,   (See   para   4-58.) 4-61.  EVAPORATOR  COIL  CLEANING Preliminary   procedure: Remove  mist  eliminator. (See para 4-26. ] Voltages  used  can  kill. Always  disconnect  power  cord  to  air Conditioner  before  performing  any  internal  maintenance. Shutting  unit  off  at  its  control  panel  does  not  disconnect unit  power. Change 3 4 - 1 4 5
