WARNING
Compressor lubricating oil used in this refrigeration
system is caustic. Wear gloves and a face protector
or safety glasses in any situation where skin or eye
contact is possible. If oil does contact skin, wash with
soap and water.

Testing.
(1)
Remove compressor V-belts (para 4-38).
(2)
Discharge the refrigeration system (para 5-7).
(3)
Remove two bolts (1). Pull service valve (2) away from compressor (3) being careful not to bend or kink
tubing (4). Remove service valve gasket (5) and suction screen (6). Discard gasket.
