Body tube and plunger assembly must
be removed before any heat is applied to
valve body.
Remove two socket-head capscrews.
Carefully pull tube and plunger from valve body.
Remove diaphragm.
Unsolder valve body from tubing.
Remove coil, body tube and plunger as-
sembly, and diaphragm from new sole-
noid valve before soldering onto tubing.
Solder body on tubing.
Allow valve body to cool before installing
body tube and plunger.
Install body, tube and plunger assembly, and dia-
phragm.
Install coil.
Install electric wiring.
Install new drier/fitter.
Nitrogen purge system.
Leak test and evacuate.
Charge refrigerant system.
Replace covers.
