Replace defective equipment.
Does unit start?

Check that internal wiring at terminal boards TB3 and TB4 is
wired for the connector to which input power is connected.
Move wiring if necessary. Refer to Chapter 3, paragraph 3.5.
Go to Step f, if rewiring is not necessary.
Does unit operate after wiring was moved?
