SHUTDOWN (OFF) (See Figure 2-7).
NOTE
Do not disconnect or turn off power to the air conditioner
during periods of normal shutdown. Power should be
disconnected only for maintenance, if unit is to be
serviced during emergency conditions, or during periods
of extended shutdown.

Turn MODE SELECT SWITCH to OFF.
b.
Check that AC POWER ON light is on.
CAUTION
To prevent equipment damage, always turn MODE
SELECT switch to OFF before breaking the main
power supply to the unit.
