Place compressor circuit breaker in the ON position.

Check to see if mode selector is in COOL position.
Place mode selector in COOL position.

Check to see if temperature selector is in COOLER position.
Place temperature selector in COOLER position.
Step 3.
Check to see control circuit breaker is in the ON position.
