Test each cylinder as in (3) above.

Install the spark plugs.

If the gage readings are below 90 psi or if the readings vary more than 10 psi between cylinders, report the

condition to direct support maintenance.

d. Remove.

Be sure that unit is turned off or that battery is disconnected.

Open all four access doors.

In order to remove the engine the fuel tank must be removed. (See fig. 4-29).

The fuel drain pipe plug is accessible through a hole on the lower left side of the unit.

Drain the gasoline into a suitable container. Reinstall pipe plug.

(6)

Wipe up or flush away all spilled gasoline.

(7)

Loosen clamps and disconnect fuel hoses at the fuel tank and the engine carburetor.
