(2) Inspection.
(a) Inspect air filter for bent, dented or broken parts.
(b) Inspect air filter for clogged air passages.
(3) Service.
(a) Wash air filter with a stream of fresh water.
WARNING
When using compressed air for blowing and cleaning, air hose pressure must not
exceed 30 psig (2ks/cm2), and individuals must wear eye protection equipment.
(b) Dry air filter with compressed air.
(4) Replace. Replace air filter if extent of damage would impair serviceability.
(5) Installation. (See figure 3-3.)
