TM5-4120-376-14 4-16.  CONDENSER  FAN  MOTOR/Inspect,  Service,  Test,  Replace  (Cont) LOCATION/ITEM Repair: CAUTION Keep  load  spring,  shims  and  washers  in  their  proper  relationships  at disassembly,  they  will  be  needed  at  assembly. 1.  Remove  eight  screws  (1)  and  end  plates  (2)  from  motor. 2.  Withdraw  the  rotor  (3)  from  the  stator. 3.  Using  an  arbor  press  or  equivalent,  press  the  bearings  (4)  off  of  the  end  rotor,  being careful   to   avoid   cocking. 4.  Blow  loose  dirt  from  cavities  and  windings. 5.  Remove  four  screws  (5)  securing  thermal  overload  cover  (6)  to  condenser  motor  housing. 6.  Remove  thermal  overload  cover  and  retaining  spring  (7). 7.   Pull   thermal   overload   (8)   out   and   away terminals. 8.   Unsolder   terminals   in   accordance   with from  condenser Appendix   E. motor   housing,   to   gain   access   to 9.   Remove   and   replace   thermal   overload. 4-54
