GOVERNOR CONTROL (CONT)

Loosen governor lever nut.
Push on governor lever until throttle is wide open.
Hold lever in this position and rotate governor shaft counter-
clockwise as far as it will go.
Hold shaft in position and tighten governor lever nut.
CAUTION
Water Chiller must be connected to water supply
for this adjustment.
Start engine (para 2-8b) and allow to run for five minutes.
Attach engine tachometer.
Adjust control rod nut to obtain 2700 RPM.
Install air cleaner housing, gasket, intake tube and two breather
tubes.
