4-31. STARTER PANEL ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (CONT)
6. If spark fails to jump the gap to ground, replace armature group.
7. Repeat steps 1. through 6. for other cylinder.
8. Install spark plug wires.

Remove two flywheel pulley mounting bolts and two lockwashers.
Remove flywheel pulley.
2. Remove eight blower housing mounting bolts. Remove blower housing.
