WATER PUMP REPLACEMENT (CONT)
7.
Wrap the threads of the water pump inlet and outlet hose fittings
with teflon tape.
8 .
Install inlet and outlet
be in the position shown

hose fittings in water pump.
Elbow must
above.
9.
Position water pump in frame of water chiller.
10. Install lower hose and hose clamp on water pump inlet hose
fitting.
11. Tighten hose clamp.
Pull insulation over hose clamp.
