OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Section I. Description and Use of Operator's Controls and Indicators

GENERAL.
The description and use of the operator's controls and indicators is shown in figures 2-1 and 2-2.
Section II. Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS)

GENERAL.
The preventive maintenance checks and services to be performed on this equipment are given in table 2-1.
a. Before you operate: Perform your BEFORE (B) PMCS.
b. While you operate: Perform your DURING (D) PMCS.
c.
If your air conditioner fails to operate, report it to Organizational Maintenance.
Table 2-1. Operator/Crew Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services
Perform weekly as well as before operations PMCS if:
(1) You are the assigned operator and have not operated the unit since the last weekly
PMCS.
(2) You are operating the unit for the first time.
NOTE
If the equipment must be kept in continuous operation, check and service only
those items that can be checked and serviced without disturbing operation. Make
the complete checks and services when the equipment can be shut down.
