The pressure relief valve is located in the rear (compressor/condenser) compartment.
a. Removal. See figure 5-14.

Disconnect power at the power source.
Remove the top rear cover.
(2)
Discharge and purge the refrigeration system per paragraphs 5-9 and 5-10.

Remove the screw, lock washer, flat washer and clamp.
(5)  Use two wrenches, one to hold the fitting and the other to remove the valve. Unscrew the valve and
move it from the unit.
