TM 5-4120-361-14 (4) Cycling Heater Relay. (a) Testing. Check for loose connections and cracked or broken cas- ing. Check for continuity with a multi- meter. If no continuity exists, or if the casing is cracked or broken, replace the   relay. (b) Removal. (i) Refer to figure 4-10 and remove the junction box. (ii) Refer to figure 4-16 for removal of the cycling heater relay. (c)  Inshallation. (i) Refer to figure 4-16 and install the cycling heater relay. (ii) Refer to figure 4-10 and install the junction box. (5) Evaporator Fan Motor High Speed Relay. (a) Testing. Check for loose connections and   cracked or broken cas- ing. Check for continuity with a multi- meter. If no continuity exists, or if the casing is cracked or broken, replace the relay. (b) Removal. (i) Refer to figure 4-10 and remove the junction box. (ii) Refer to figure 4-16 and remove the evaporator fan motor high speed  relay. (c)  Installation. (i) Refer to figure 4-16 and install the evaporator fan motor high speed  relay. Figure  4-16.
