4-9. CONNECT THE POWER SOURCE

Make sure the selector switch is in the OFF position,

Connect the air conditioner power cable to a 115 volt, 60 hertz, single phase power source.

FAN

ROTATION

CHECK

Check for proper fan rotation as follows: Momentarily place the selector switch in the FAN position.

Check to see that air is sucked through the air return grill and air is blown out through the air discharge grill.

4-12. RETURN AIR GRILL CHECK

Rotate RETURN AlR control between CLOSED and OPEN positions. Make sure the return air grill louvers

are closed with the RETURN AlR control in the CLOSED position and that they open with the RETURN

AlR control in the OPEN position.
