(13) Carefully
lift
condenser
coil
and
sight
glass
up
and
out
of
unit.
(14) Place old coil along side of new coil so
that
the
sight
glass can be debrazed and brazed to the new coil.
If
coil
is
defective
replace
it.

(1)
Braze
sight
glass
to
condenser
coil
tubing.
When handling coil

(2)
Carefully
place
condenser
coil
and
sight
glass
into
housing.
(3)
Secure
condenser
coil
to
bottom
of
housing
with
four
screws.
(4)
Secure sight
glass
to
unit
with
mounting
plate,
screws,
and
lock
washers.
(5)
Braze
refrigeration
tube
connections
to
condenser
coil.
(6) Install loop clamps
in
place
and
secure
with
two
screws
and
self-locking nuts.
(7)
Install
new

Connect
J11
to
auxiliary
power
input
connector.
(9)
Install condenser guard
and
secure
with
screws,
lock
washers,
and snap fastener.
(10) Leak
test
newly
connected
joints
and
all
connections
in
the
area.
