Condenser Fans and Motor
a. Wipe or vacuum all dust and dirt from fans and motor,
and all other components and surfaces in the
immediate area.
b. Inspect the fans for damage or bent blades, the motor
for signs of overheating, and all mounting hardware for
tightness and security.
c. Inspect the wiring harness for damage or chafing, and
all electrical connections for tightness.

Operation Checks
REINSTALL THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
Condenser Coil Guard
Fresh Air Filter and Frame
Conditioned Air Filters and Covers
Lower Front Panel
Conditioned Air Intake Grille
Mist Eliminator
Top Panel
Conditioned Air Outlet Grille
Fabric Cover
Check to be sure that all items are back in place and
secure.
a. Be sure the mode selector switch is in the OFF position
and reconnect input power.
NOTE
If power has just been connected to unit,
a short (30 minute maximum during very
cold weather) warm up period is required
for COOL mode operation. When
compressor reaches a safe operating
temperature, it will come on automatically
if the mode selector is in the COOL mode.
b. Check that the fabric cover is rolled up and secured.
c. Adjust conditioned air intake and outlet louvers to the
full open position.
d. Adjust fresh air damper to full closed position.
