Housings (Model MHP-20-4-08 only) High voltage can kill. b. Remove air inlet louver and air filter. Paragraph 5.20 c.  Disconnect  condensate  drain  tubing. Paragraph 5.24 d. Remove six screws and washers securing inlet to housing. e. Remove three screws securing front of housing to rear. f.  Remove  two  screws  securing  housing  rear  to wall and remove block. g. Remove two screws securing housing rear to floor and remove bar. h.  Repeat  process  for  remaining  fan  housing. Removal of a. Loosen setscrew inside impeller hub and remove Impellers impeller. b.  Repeat  process  for  remaining  impeller. Removal of a.  Remove  four  flat-head  screws  securing  motor Motor and base assembly to unit floor. b.  Remove  four  bolts,  washers,  bushings,  and grommets securing motor and pad to support. c.  See  paragraph  6.30  for  motor  repair. Installation a. Secure motor to support with four bolts, washers, bushings, and grommets, and two pads. b. Mount support on unit floor and secure with four flat-head screws. c.  Mount  impellers  and  secure  setscrews. d. Attach two rear blower housing halves to unit floor and wall, each with two fillers and four screws. e. Attach front halves of blower housing and secure each with three screws. f.  Attach  inlets  and  secure  each  with  six  screws and   washers. 6-100
