Check that both service valves and charging manifold valves are closed.

Attach hose assemblies to service valves and charging manifold valves.
3
Attach center hose assembly to vacuum pump.
4
Start vacuum pump.
5
Open charging manifold valves.
6
Open both unit service valves.
7
Run the vacuum pump until at least 29 inches of mercury, measured on the gage is reached.
