MANDATORY REPLACEMENT PARTS LIST
INTRODUCTION
Scope
This work package includes a list of all mandatory replacement parts referenced in the task initial setups and
procedures. These are items that must be replaced during maintenance whether they have failed or not. This includes
items based on usage intervals such as miles, time, rounds fired, etc.
EXPLANATION OF COLUMNS IN THE MANDATORY REPLACEMENT PARTS LIST
Column (1) Item No. This number is assigned to the entry in the list and is referenced in the narrative instructions to
identify the item (e.g., Replace lock washer (WP 0111, Item 5).
Column (2) Part Number/(CAGEC). This column identifies the part number and manufacturer s Commercial and
Government Entity Code (CAGEC).
Column (3) National Stock Number (NSN). This is the NSN assigned to the item which you can use to requisition it.
Column (4) Nomenclature. This column provides information you need to identify the item.
Column (5) Qty. Lists the quantity required to replace parts removed during repair.
