Installation
(1) Aline mounting holes with casing fasteners.
(2) Using screwdriver, reinstall sixteen screws and flat washers in top
panel .
Follow-on procedures: 1.
Install air conditioner (fabric) cover. (See para 4-13.)
2.
Connect power cord.
4-24. LOWER PANEL
Voltages used can kill.
Always disconnect power cord to air
conditioner before performing any internal maintenance.
Shutting unit off at its control panel does not disconnect
unit power.

Removal
(1) Using screwdriver,
loosen two captive panel fasteners and remove lower
front panel.
(2) Tilt top of lower front panel out and lift panel up to remove.
