Check that sensor bracket is securely attached and in good condition. If it is loose, tighten
hardware. If it is damaged, replace it.

Disconnect the two quick-disconnect terminals from the P4 to J15 harness.

Carefully pull the leads through the side panel.

Remove adhesive-sealant between probe and bracket.

Remove the temperature-sensing probe.
5
If the sensor bracket is to be replaced, use a screwdriver and wrench and remove the two screws
and locknuts. Remove the bracket.
