22. Install heater cable (2) on heater control valve (4).

23. Install heater cable (2) in retainer (3) and tighten screw (1).

FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE

1. Install AC upper plenums (WP 0045).

2. Connect batteries (TM 9-2320-279-20).

3. Fill cooling system (TM 9-2320-279-20).

4. Charge AC system (WP 0050).

5. Perform leak test inspection (WP 0049).

6. Start engine and warm up to normal operating temperature (TM 9-2320-279-10).

7. Check operation of heater/evaporator.

8. Check heater hoses for leaks.

9. Shut off engine (TM 9-2320-279-10).

10. Install skid plate grille (TM 9-2320-279-20).
