Low Pressure Cut-Out Switch
(1) Removal. (See figure 4-8.)
(2) Test. (See figure 4-10.)
( 3 ) R e p l a c e . R e p l a c e low pressure cut-out switch if damage to the switch
would impair serviceability or if switch fails during test.

Installation.
(a) Refer to figure 4-8 and install the low pressure cut-out switch.
( b ) Perform any further maintenance of refrigeration system com-
ponents
required.
( c ) P u r g e t h e r e f r i g e r a n t s y s t e m i n accordanc e wit h th e proce d u r e s
g i v e n in paragraph 4-8.
( d ) Check the low pressure cut-out switch and dehydrator for re-
f r i g e r a n t leaks in accordance with paragraph 4-4c.
R e p a i r any leaks found in accor-
dance with paragraph 4-4d.
(e) Refer to figure 4-4 and evacuate the refrigerant system.
( f ) Charge the system with refrigerant in accordance with paragraph
4-10.
