USE OF TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE.

The  troubleshooting  table  (Table  5-1)  lists  the  most  common

malfunctions  which  you  may  find  during  the  operation  or  maintenance
of  the  air  conditioner.
You  should  perform  the  tests/inspections
and  corrective  actions  in  the  order  listed.
b.
For  a  specific  malfunction,  perform  the  troubleshooting
procedures  listed  in  Table  4-2  before  performing  the  procedures
listed  in  Table  5-1.
This  manual  cannot  list  all  malfunctions  which  may  occur.
c.
However,  all  tests  or  inspections  and  corrective  actions  are  listed
for most common malfunctions.

Disconnect  power  from  the  air  conditioner  before
doing  any  maintenance  work  to  the  electrical  system.
High  voltage  in  air  conditioner  can  kill.
REFRIGERANT UNDER PRESSURE
is
used
in  the  operation  of  this  equipment.
DEATH
or  severe  injury  may  result  if
personnel  fail  to  observe  safety  precautions.
Never  use  a  heating
torch
on
any
part
that
contains
refrigerant  22.
Avoid  bodily  contact  with  liquid
refrigerant
and
avoid  inhaling  refrigerant  gas.
